Shipping Information
Order processing time:
Most products are made to order in our shop. Our goal is to ship within 48 hours of receiving the order. However, large volume orders and custom orders may take additional time.
Where we ship:
We ship to the continental U.S. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate based on weight (see Shipping Cost Table below). We use FedEx's 2Day OneRate service as it allows us to charge the same low rate regardless of distance. Products are packaged in FedEx's small, medium, and large boxes, with a flat-rate by size. Total shipping cost is calculated by adding the rates of the estimated boxes needed to fulfill the order. Note that the product weights can be found on the product detail pages.
Carrier options:
We use FedEx's OneRate service with 2-day delivery. However, we can ship UPS and USPS if needed. Please notify us if you have any special requirements.
We reserve the right to switch carriers if there’s an opportunity to reduce cost while maintaining the same or better delivery time.
Liability
All shipments are FOB Fort Worth, TX. Buyer assumes all risk of loss in shipping and all liability for loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, due to delays once the products have been delivered to the carrier.

Check your order upon arrival. Please contact us about any shortage or damage within 7 calendar days of receipt
