Limited Warranty

Satisfaction guaranteed
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Every item we sell is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date your order is shipped. We will replace, refund or issue credit on merchandise returned in unused condition.
 
Limited Warranty
Spartan CNC, LLC (“Spartan CNC”) warrants to the Buyer that Products will not be defective in material or workmanship (the Limited Warranty). Spartan CNC is not liable for a breach of the limited warranty if:
  1. Buyer makes Spartan CNC aware of defect beyond 30 days of the original purchase date
  2. Buyer does not make a reasonable effort to allow Spartan CNC to verify the defective claim
  3. The defect arises due to improper use
  4. Buyer or a third party modified the Product
  5. Product was sold at a discounted rate (blemished, used, scratch & dent, etc.)
The limited warranty does not cover defects, damage, or deterioration resulting from normal use and exposure (wear and tear).

Spartan CNC products may contain, be contained in, be packaged with, or otherwise incorporate products manufactured by a third party. These third-party products are not covered under the limited warranty, with the only warranty being that of the original manufacturer (if applicable).

Should a replacement be needed according to the limited warranty, Spartan CNC will coordinate & cover costs for shipping. The carrier will be chosen at Spartan CNC's discretion. Subject to Spartan CNC's discretion, buyer may be required to ship defective unit back to Spartan CNC via a return label included with the replacement product. Should a return of the defective product not be required, buyer agrees to never resell the defective unit.

Disclaimers
Buyers exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty shall be the replacement or repair (at our option) of any defective merchandise returned to Spartan CNC within the warranty period. In no event shall Spartan CNC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for loss of profits or for any other damages not withstanding that Spartan CNC may have been advised that such damage may be likely to occur.
